March 18, 2011 - Early round at Delaveaga

The weather forecast said that it would rain all day. When I got up in the morning, it was not raining and did not look like it was about to start. So I went out to the course to see if I could beat the rain. Just at the end of the round, it rained some, but not too bad.

I played really well this morning. I even birdied hole #1! For the first time ever. Of course it was a miracle approach shot that I will not be able to duplicate for a million years.

Like yesterday, my approach shots were really good. My drives were pretty good as well, but nothing spectacular. My drives are not quite as long as I wish, but they were generally in the fairway. Again, my approach shots were so good, that I did not have many putts to make.
